Dyffryn Designs is a small business that has been up and running since early 2021. It started off as a hobby and side earner in 2020 - making small pedestrian gates, furniture and other bespoke items which could be sold to the local community and online across the UK. The projects slowly started to get bigger and more ornate, and since mid 2021 business started to get busier with more orders coming in from customers who had seen my work and were wanting high end bespoke wrought iron designs for their properties and estates. 

Although this is a relatively new business, there is no shortage of experience in terms of workmanship. I started off helping my dad on the occasional weekend when I was about 11 years old, assisting in making wrought iron style gates, railings and balconies. Since then, I’ve been to college, dabbled with different jobs and was then finally given the opportunity to work for a well known local company as a coded welder. The company specialised in the manufacturing of pipe suspension equipment, whose products were mainly used in the power generation, petrochemical, oil, gas and process industries - which have been installed successfully throughout the world. A few years later, I decided it was time to go it alone… 

Dyffryn Designs is passionate about wrought ironwork and is now producing everything from very ornate to simple wrought iron designs. It prides itself on it’s top quality yet competitively priced products for customers all over the UK. The aim is 100% customer delight.
